We deliver across Tbilisi via Yandex or Bolt, and arrange shipping further afield on request. Every order is hand-checked and packed in the studio before it leaves us.

Delivery is arranged by Yandex or Bolt — the price depends on your location. Pickup from our location is free. For delivery elsewhere in Georgia, message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange a courier and quote the cost.

We want you to love the drape you choose. If a piece is not right, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
• For reasons of hygiene, hijabs that show signs of wear, scent, or makeup cannot be accepted.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability; we will help you find the right piece.
• Items marked final sale are non-returnable.

To begin a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order reference. We will arrange a courier pickup within Tbilisi to collect it from you.

We collect only the details needed to fulfil your order — your name, phone number, email, delivery address, and the items you select. We use this information to prepare, deliver, and confirm your order, and to contact you about it where needed.

We use WhatsApp to coordinate delivery and answer enquiries; by ordering you consent to being contacted on the number you provide. We never sell your data, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.

You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by WhatsApp or email.

All prices are listed in Georgian Lari (GEL) and include applicable taxes. We confirm every order by WhatsApp or email before dispatch, and reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, if stock is unavailable or a delivery address cannot be reached.

Payment is made by cash on delivery within Tbilisi unless otherwise agreed. Ownership of the goods passes to you on delivery. By placing an order you confirm that the contact details you provide are accurate.
