Privacy Policy

To place and deliver an order we collect your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address, together with the items you select. Because we operate cash on delivery, we do not collect or store card or bank details.

If you create an account, we also hold your email and a securely hashed password so you can log in and track your orders.

We use your details to prepare, confirm, and deliver your order; to contact you about it (usually by WhatsApp); and to respond to your enquiries. We may use your email to send essential updates about an order you have placed.

We do not profile you, and we do not send promotional marketing unless you ask us to.

We process your information on the basis of the contract to fulfil your order, your consent (for example, when you create an account or message us on WhatsApp), and our legitimate interest in running the shop and keeping order records.

We use minimal local storage to keep your shopping cart between visits and to remember that you have dismissed our cookie notice. If you log in, a session token is stored so you stay signed in. See our Cookie Policy for the full details.

We share delivery details with our courier partners only to complete your delivery, and only the details they need. We never sell your data, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.

We keep order records for as long as needed to complete the order and meet our legal and tax obligations. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop using your details for contact. To exercise any of these, message us on WhatsApp or email hello@hejabi.ge.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including limiting access to staff who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This shop is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the shop after a change means you accept the updated policy.
